Charlene Jean’s ‘Keep Smiling Through’ World War 2 Tribute Show is sure to make your event a memorable and special occasion with the ever growing popularity of 1940s music.

Charlene’s set includes a balance of up tempo numbers as well as ballads ensuring there is something for everyone. She not only performs her chosen songs beautifully with sincerity and passion, a dance set is included within her set creating a spectacle for her audience.
Charlene is a self contained artiste with her own high quality PA system which is fully PAT tested. She has full public liability insurance through the performer’s union ‘Equity’ and is based in Norfolk.

She normally offers an hour slot or two 45 minute sets, however this is adaptable to the client’s needs. Charlene has performed her Tribute Show at a variety of events and venues.
These include the 90th anniversary of the Royal British Legion, UK Holiday Parks, Crusader Holidays Open Day, Birthday Parties, Care Homes in Norfolk, Restaurants and pubs. Also many more venues across Norfolk and surrounding counties.
Here we have an enthusiastic, energetic and versatile World War 2 tribute show performer. Her repertoire includes many genres of music; however her main cabaret set is a 1940s music tribute act which includes all the World War 2 favourites.
She performs ballads as well as up tempo numbers from well known artistes such as Vera Lynn, Fred Astaire, Judy Garland, Peggy Lee and many more.
She is happy to adapt her act to suit the client’s needs and will learn new songs by request. This is a confident presenter who enjoys interacting with many types of crowds and is able to alter her act to suit the audience.
Charlene is available to perform at any type of event including weddings, corporate events, cruise lines and holiday parks. She has trained in ballet, tap, modern, jazz, hip-hop and contemporary dance and achieved a BA (Honours) degree in Dance and Drama at De Montfort University, (2:1).
