Chloe Ray singer songwriter from London found her feet in a South London music café and bar, The Brook, where she performed regularly. She was featured on the same line-up as Grammy nominated songwriter Scott Mcfarnon (Daniel Merriweather Beyonce).

Summer 2015 she was joined on stage by talented musicians who feature on her debut EP, including cellist Alex Eichenberger / Swampmother (Lucy Rose) and bassist Dan Stubberfield (Brightlight City). Chloe toured to promote the release of the EP and returned to New York to make a music video for one of the tracks off the EP titled ‘New York’. Multi award nominee producer Andy Brook (Status Quo, Ginger Wildheart, The Frisbys, Coffee Pot Drive) took on the role of recording the EP.

As well as a loyal following in the UK, Chloe was well received in the U.S. during her trip to New York City where she performed every night.

There is a raw emotional feel to the EP throughout the four tracks. Underlying exceptional performances are stories of heartbreak, loss, courage. Plus a poignant track addressing the struggles of an unknown musician lost in New York. The EP confronts a raw and honest battle with personal experiences. It was mastered by Grammy nominated engineer Emily Lazar (Sia, Foo fighters, Jeff Buckley, Lou Reed, Alanis Morissette) at the Lodge in NYC.

Chloe Ray has shared the stage with Adam Barry from Merrymouth and Dan Sealy (Ocean Colour Scene). Also, up and coming The Rainband (Paolo Nutini, Kaiser Chiefs, Simple Minds). More recently Chloe has worked with grime artist Sketchman (Radio 1) on his new album as co-writer and featured artist.

The debut single ‘Paramount’ played on UK based radio stations as well as London Live.
